Charges

We make no charge until you apply for a particular property. We then apply the following:-

  • Arrangement Fee:
    • £:100 Inc Vat. (per Tenancy)

  • Reference Checking Fee:
    • £:45 Inv Vat. (per applicant)

  • Inventory Check in Fee:
    • £:125 Inc Vat. (per bedroom).
